ChApTeR 4 :MeaSuRiNg tHe SuCcEsS oF sTrAtEgIc IniTiAtIvEs

Now i want to update about measuring the success of strategic initiatives.I only to update about EFFICIENCY IT METRICS and EFFECTIVENESS IT METRICS..Let me show one by one....



EFFICIENCY
  • Measure the performance of IT system itself.
  • Including speed , availability and other. In example, the rate of speed is used in reference to transactions. So, when I go to Khol's to purchase clothing, the time that it takes me to get into the line, the time that amounts for the cashier to ring up the products that I am purchasing and how long it takes for my credit card to run through.
  • Efficiency doing the thing right (focus on the extent company using its resources in optimal way)
  • Important for evaluating and improving performance of an IT system.
EFFECTIVENESS
  • Measure the impact IT has on business process and activities.
  • Including customer satisfaction,conversion rates all increases.
  • Effectiveness (doing the right thing how well company achieving its goals)

IF SELLER IN A FACEBOOK HOW EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS.GIVE A COMMENT





EFFICIENCY
  • If the seller is given the opportunity of dealing through facebook.
  • Seller will trade chips chips because I think there is vast potential to grow around the world and Malaysia. 
  • Seller will make advertising on facebook to customers about the chips.
  •  After that, the vendor will vary chips and flavor according to customers' requests. 
  • Then I'd pulled the chips to be more attractive packaging and the customer will buy chips.
  •  Seller will also distribute free gifts on purchases above a lot of amount to customers.
  •  After that I make a website for customers to see the chips and book.
  •  Sellers also free shipping to customers who buy a lot of chips so that they can be commercial to others. 
  • So facebook make sellers more closely with customers and facilitate vendor dealing with customers.
EFFECTIVENESS
  • sellers can more customers and bookings chips. 
  • Not only in Malaysia but also overseas.
  •  Additionally hearts can delight customers. 
  • Chips also gets very high demand for chips is a good snack contains no preservatives.
  •  So the seller can achieve sales targets through facebook or objective is not only easy but also can expand to other countries bisness.
